Our Mission
Harbor Media is the premier hyperlocal media content provider for those who live, work and enjoy the communities of Hingham and Norwell. Our team collaborates with citizens to celebrate human diversity, experience lifelong learning, and actively engage in matters of civic importance - we are here to share your story.

Our Story
In May of 2011 Hingham Community Access & Media (HCAM) was established as an independent 501c3 nonprofit corporation to manage public access television for the Town of Hingham.
To better serve South Shore communities, our name changed to "Harbor Media" in 2017. The name change comes along with a direction of growth and improvement in programming for local communities. In 2018 we established Norwell Spotlight TV (NSTV) in collaboration with the Town of Norwell. Our team is dedicated to creating programming that matters to the community, teaching media arts, and helping community members produce their own shows.
As of 2019-2020, Harbor Media viewership includes Hingham, Norwell, and Hull; with members and volunteers from throughout the greater South Shore area and programming shared by many Public Access stations throughout Massachusetts.
